Mirziyoyev and Putin - on the economic results of negotiations in Tashkent

Within the framework of the past summits and in the format of a business forum in Uzbekistan, over 800 documents were signed, including investment agreements worth $ 27 billion.

The First Russian-Uzbek Forum of Interregional Cooperation was held in Tashkent on October 18-19.

During the meeting, departments and organizations of the two states signed more than 800 agreements and memorandums totaling about $ 27 billion.

In particular, 609 agreements in the trade and economic sphere worth about $ 6.2 billion and 202 agreements in the investment sphere were signed for 20, 8 billion dollars.

As a result of the agreements reached, 79 joint ventures, 23 new trading houses and 20 wholesale distribution centers will be created.

In the field of financial and banking relations six agreements were signed for $ 864.6 million, including an agreement between the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Uzbekistan and Sberbank of Russia PJSC on a credit line for $ 200 million and between Uzpromstroybank and PJSC Gazprombank for 3 , 5 billion rubles.

The forum is attended by the leaders of 17 Russian regions, as well as more than a thousand representatives of enterprises, companies and government agencies of the Russian Federation.
